⚠️ Important: All photography and videography at Bloom Room events requires prior approval from administration.

1. Photography & Videography Approval

Members wishing to take photos or videos at Bloom Room events must:

Request approval in advance from Bloom Room administration
Clearly state the intended purpose of the content
Obtain consent from any members appearing in the content
Respect members who do not wish to be photographed or filmed

2. Exclusive Content Rights

All content created at Bloom Room events, including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, and any other media, are the exclusive property of Bloom Room.

This includes content created by:

Bloom Room staff and official photographers
Members and attendees (with prior approval)
Third-party vendors or partners

3. Usage Rights

Content may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission
Content may not be sold, licensed, or distributed to third parties
Bloom Room reserves the right to use event content for marketing and promotional purposes
Members featured in content may request removal by contacting us

4. Social Media Sharing

When sharing approved content on social media:

Always tag @joinbloomroom
Use appropriate hashtags as provided
Ensure all individuals in photos have given consent
Do not share content that could compromise member privacy

5. Violations

Unauthorized photography, videography, or content distribution may result in:

Removal from the event
Prohibition from future events
Request for content removal
Legal action if necessary
