1. Membership & Eligibility

• Bloom Room events are exclusively for individuals who identify as female
• You must be 18 years or older to attend our events
• By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements

2. Event Registration

• Event spots are confirmed upon successful registration and payment (if applicable)
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• Bloom Room reserves the right to refuse entry to any event

3. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required at the time of registration for paid events
• Refund requests made 7+ days before the event: Full refund
• Refund requests made 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
• Refund requests made less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• Bloom Room reserves the right to cancel events and will provide full refunds in such cases

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
• Follow venue rules and guidelines
• Respect the privacy of other members

5. Termination

Bloom Room reserves the right to terminate membership or deny event access to anyone who violates these terms or engages in behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of our community.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events.
